Mobile device manufacturers release their own firmware to fix errors that occur during operation. If your device is working correctly and you rarely experience any malfunctions, it is worth considering how much this is really needed. Even if the firmware will have additional functions and fix certain problems with the device, it can reduce the amount of memory or affect the duration of the player without recharging.

Step 1
First, download a program that will do all the work. Use the Customer Update utility, preferably the latest version. You can download it from the official website of the developer or from specialized forums dedicated to the players of the Digma company.
Step 2
Download the file with the firmware itself. Usually, all updates for company devices have the extension "rfw" or "bin".
Step 3
Next, you need to switch the player's operating mode to “firmware update. To do this, go to the "Settings" - "System" - "Firmware update" menu. When “USB Connection” appears, connect the device to your computer using a USB cable. If the player turns off, then try to connect again. In a successful scenario, the device is defined as "RockUSB Device".
Step 4
Run the downloaded Customer Update. Specify the path to the firmware file and click the "Update" button.
Step 5
If after the end of the flashing, when the player starts up, only a white screen is displayed, then you can try to turn off the device using the switch, press the power button (which is used to lock), insert the cable and after a few seconds release the key. If the device still fails to start, then you can try to hold the button longer, or, on the contrary, release it early. Or turn on the player, hold down all the sensors of the device at the same time for 10 seconds, and then insert the USB.
