Instructions
Step 1
If you forgot to pay for the Internet from Rostelecom and your access to the service was suspended, then you can postpone the payment date a little and activate the Promised Payment service. To do this, you need to log in to your personal account of Rostelecom.
Step 2
In your personal account at the top you will see a list of services. You need to select the "Internet" tab. In the window that opens, you will have access to information about your current balance and the amount that must be deposited in order to continue using the Internet. There is also a list of possible services from Rostelecom. You need to select the "Promised payment" icon.
Step 3
Enter the amount of the promised payment and click the accept button. The deadline for debt repayment will be indicated in red (it is 5 days).
Step 4
If the operation is successful, a message will appear stating that the payment has been accepted. It will be credited for some time, after which the Internet will be available again.
Step 5
Mobile subscribers from Rostelecom can also borrow to replenish their current balance and use the promised payment service. For this, the subscriber must have at least 3 months of experience.
Step 6
Initially, the Promised Payment service must be activated. This can be done via the USSD command * 111 * 23 #, by calling 5000131 or through the technical support department of Rostelecom.
Step 7
To receive money on credit through the "Promised Payment", you need to dial the command * 100 * 17 * X # on your phone, where X is the requested amount. After that, the subscriber's balance will be replenished. The service fee is 5 rubles. The limit of the promised payment is 200 rubles.
