Most modern phones either have a large amount of free memory, or have the ability to connect removable memory cards. As in any other multimedia device, free memory tends to run out, and some files have to be deleted. To delete unwanted video, use one of the simple methods.
Instructions
Step 1
Delete videos manually using the file menu of your phone. Select the files to be deleted and delete them, or delete them one by one.
Step 2
Reset your phone firmware. In order to perform this action, you will need a special firmware reset code. Use a search engine to find the support contacts of your cell phone manufacturer, or contact a service center. In order to receive the code, you will need the IMEI - the identification number of your phone. You can find it by dialing * # 06 # or by opening the back cover of your phone and removing the battery. Provide IMEI and request a firmware reset code, then use it. Keep in mind that applying this code will completely erase all content located on your phone.
Step 3
Synchronize your phone with your computer. To do this, you need drivers and software for synchronization, as well as a data cable. You can usually find these components in the box. Otherwise, use a search engine to find drivers and software. The best option would be to download them from the official website of your phone manufacturer. Install drivers and software, then connect your phone to your computer. Make sure that the program "sees" your phone, and then delete the video you want from the phone using a computer. Wait until the end of the operation, then safely remove the phone and restart it.
Step 4
If your video is saved on a memory card, remove it from your phone. Connect the card reader to the computer, then insert the memory card into it. Wait for the removable disk to appear in the My Computer menu. Open the memory card and delete the video. Remove the memory card and insert it back into your phone.
