Step 2
Make sure you are within range of the network. It is possible that there are devices nearby that jam communication, for example, in office buildings, places of public events, etc. Sometimes there are temporary technical problems with the network. In this case, you can change your location or wait for the subscriber to send the message again, which will be delivered without error.
Step 3
Check if the SIM card is securely installed in the phone. The settings necessary for receiving and sending SMS are sewn into it by default, and if the contact is weak, the card may fail. Also, if you recently removed and inserted the SIM card into place, you could return to the initial state of setting up messages. Make sure they are set correctly and change them if necessary.

Reboot your phone. Perhaps the error is in the software, and the service for sending and receiving SMS messages did not work properly. Restarting the service can help make it work.
