By the phrase "unlock mobile", many mean unlocking the SIM card, which is programmed to request a PIN code when turned on. This is the four-digit code shown on the card documents. Without knowing it, a stranger will not get access to the phone book of the SIM card and will not be able to make a call.
Instructions
Step 1
Find the documents on the SIM card. There is a code that you need to enter, it is called PIN-1. Do not confuse it with the PIN-2 code, they are similar (both four-digit) but have different functions. By default, the first one often consists of the numbers 0000 or 1234.
Enter the code carefully, checking each digit.
Step 2
If the factory code did not fit (provided that it was entered correctly), then the subscriber changed it. Remember your code, now only you can know it.
Step 3
Even if it was not possible to remember the code by the third attempt, it is too early to despair. Find in the documents for the SIM card PUK-1 - an eight-digit code. Don't confuse it with the similar PUK-2.
Step 4
Dial the following sequence on the phone: ** 05 * PUK1 code * new PIN1 code * new PIN1 code #. Click the confirm button.
Enter the numbers, checking each one carefully. You will have ten attempts to recover.
Step 5
Ten times you tried to regain access to the SIM card and did not succeed. Now take the documents for the SIM card and personal passport and go to the office of the telecom operator. If you are not the owner of the card according to the documents, then you will not have to go.
