Therefore, more and more users are forced to make an exit under an external antenna, for which it is necessary first of all to disassemble the device.

- - flat screwdriver;
- - scalpel;
- - a plastic card from a SIM.
Instructions
Step 1
Use an asterisk screwdriver to unscrew the fastening screws on the cover of the modem, hidden under the small round stickers that symbolize the warranty.
Step 2
To open the plastic of the case without breaking it, you need a special device. To make it, use a plastic SIM card. Trim it slightly to sharpen one of the edges.
Step 3
Insert the sharp edge of the card into the slot between the USB port of the modem and the plastic cover and slightly lift the cover of the device with this lever.
Step 4
Insert a thin sharp scalpel into the resulting gap and press it on the inner latches of the lid, gradually pushing it apart. Do all this slowly, carefully, with confident movements so as not to break the latches and leave no tampering marks on the outside.
Step 5
When you release the cover on one side with a scalpel, slowly open the modem, freeing the other side from the latches. If everything is done correctly, then in this way you can disassemble the modem many times without fear of breaking it.
Step 6
To remove the mini PCI-E card of the antenna module from the slot, unscrew two more screws with an asterisk screwdriver. Use a flat screwdriver to carefully disconnect the two mini coaxial cables. This will give you a completely disassembled modem.
