The Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 tablet was presented by the company in 2017 at the MWC. Its body combines metal and glass, which is typical of Galaxy flagships. The tablet is available in black and gray colors.

Design
Samsung galaxy tab s3 is the first tablet with four AKG adaptive speakers located at the top and bottom ends. Its front and back sides are made of glass, and the frame is made of aluminum. Also on the upper end of the case there is a 3.5 mm headphone jack and a USB Type-C port.
On the right side there is a power and volume button, a micro SD card slot and a SIM card slot (only in LTE version). On the left side there are magnetic slots and a connector for connecting a cover with a keyboard (purchased separately). On the front side, under the display, there is a button with a built-in fingerprint sensor that stores five fingerprints. Above the screen is a light sensor and a front camera lens.
Display
The tablet has a 9.7-inch bright Super AMOLED display with a 2048x1536 (QXGA) screen resolution. The pixel density is 264 dpi. The image on the display is high-contrast and detailed with maximum viewing angles. HDR video makes watching movies a real pleasure. The diagonal of the galaxy tab s3 is very convenient for reading books.
Battery
The built-in battery has a capacity of 6000 mAh. According to the manufacturer, the battery lasts for 12 hours of video playback. If you turn on the automatic backlight adjustment or lower the brightness, then the operating time will increase to 13-14 hours. The tablet supports fast charging technology, in 30 minutes the battery charges from 0 to 23%.
Memory and performance
The built-in memory is 32 GB. You can install a memory card up to 256 GB. The amount of RAM is 4 GB, but this is enough for any task.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab s3 has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor operating at 1.6 GHz and 2.15 GHz, depending on the load. It is complemented by the graphics accelerator Adreno 530. The powerful processor allows you to easily perform complex tasks, provides work with multiple applications at the same time and allows you to play the latest games.
Camera
The samsung tab s3 has a powerful 13-megapixel camera with f / 1.9 aperture that allows you to take great pictures and videos. It has autofocus, flash and even records 4K video. The front 5-megapixel camera with f / 2.2 aperture will be a good assistant for selfies and provide high-quality video calls.
S Pen stylus
The S Pen stylus looks and works like a regular pen. It recognizes 4096 degrees of pressure and allows you to draw with high precision on the screen of the tab s3. When you press a button on the stylus, a shortcut menu appears on the display. The S Pen has no built-in battery, so it doesn't need to be charged. The S Pen is very easy and simple to use. You can edit images, do video editing or translate text.
Communication capabilities
Antenna for Wi-Fi dual-band zone, operates at 2.4 / 5 GHz, 802.11 a / b / g / n / ac, traditionally there is Wi-Fi Direct. Bluetooth version 4.2. The Samsung Tab 3 does not support NFC. GPS and GLONASS support allows you to use your tablet as a navigator.
