Instructions
Step 1
Before activating the service, select any three phone numbers from your contact list. Stop your choice on those subscribers with whom you communicate most of all through your mobile phone. It should be noted here that your “favorite” subscribers may not only be MTS clients.
Step 2
After that, dial the following combination of symbols from your mobile phone: * 111 * 42 #, then press the call key. A service message will appear on the display of your phone, which will contain a list of options, including such as “Add”, “Delete”, “List of numbers” and others. To add, press the number "1" and the call key. After that, a message will appear again with a request to enter the subscriber's number in the format 7 (123) 4567891.
Step 3
Repeat the above operation with each of the numbers. Connecting and changing a "favorite" contact is carried out for a fee - 25 rubles for each action and 1 ruble for each number daily.
Step 4
Activate the "Favorite Number" service by contacting any of the offices or the operator's representative office. You can check the addresses on the official website of the company or call 0890. You must have a passport or other document proving your identity with you.
Step 5
Connect the service through the on-line assistant. You can find this system on the official website of MTS OJSC. But to use it, you must receive a password to access your personal data. To do this, on the website www.mts.ru in the upper right corner, find the inscription "Login to your personal account", click on it. After that, click on the inscription "Get password", enter the number and wait for the incoming service message to your phone. Then enter your number and password in the appropriate fields.
Step 6
Once on the page of the personal account, find the item "Services and rates". Find "Favorite numbers" in the list and click on the inscription "Connect", enter "favorite" numbers and click "Save changes".
