Displaying the date of the photo in a photo has always been a useful feature, but not always appropriate. For example, a portrait or wedding photo with this date in the corner will not look like a work of art, but like a routine. Therefore, sometimes it becomes necessary to remove the date in the camera.
Instructions
Step 1
Install ACDSee Pro 2. Then open the photo through this program. Click "File" / "Save As …". After that, uncheck the box next to the "Save metadata" item and, if necessary, set the required compression parameters for the photo. Write down the file name and click the "Save" button. This erases the date of the picture from the file.
Step 2
Use Photoshop. Open the photo you want, zoom in on the date area and select the Clone Stamp Tool (value 17). Then click on the blank area of the photo near the date while holding down the Alt button. Release the button and click on the date. During cloning, a cross will appear, which will indicate the location of the fragment removal.
Step 3
Remember that the higher the value of the tool, the more difficult it is to clearly blend the cloned image. Take your time and be extremely careful when choosing objects for cloning in the photo.
Step 4
Set the mode dial on your camera to Auto (or select this position from the menu). You can also make this setting in SCN or M modes. After setting to Auto mode, select the Date Stamp menu item and press the func./set button.
Step 5
Then use the "up" and "down" buttons to select the L mode. Use the "left" and "right" buttons to select the "Date and time" menu item. The unprintable area will be grayed out. Also, when you press the "Menu" button, you can switch to the "Date and Time" mode using the same "right" and "left" buttons.
Step 6
Use the program Photo Stamp Remover, with which you can easily remove unwanted objects from a photo and generally correct it. The program automatically fills the selected object with a texture that is generated from pixels around the object. In this way, many photos can be processed in a matter of minutes.
