For MTS, just click on the "Get password by SMS" button and then enter your number. The code should arrive almost instantly. Now enter this code into a special window.

You are taken to your personal account, where you can immediately see your tariff, balance, bonus and other special features. In order to restore numbers on your phone, you need to click on "Account" in the "Internet Assistant" section, and then select the "Cost Control" subsection. When detailing, you need to indicate the period when the lost call was made and select the delivery method. For MTS users, details can be received both by e-mail and in their personal account. You also need to select the document format. It is best to choose either PDF or HTML, but you can choose other formats as well.
