Owners of Apple mobile and digital devices are required to create a personal profile in order to download applications, music and other files. At the same time, you have the opportunity to recover your Apple ID password if you have forgotten it and cannot log in under your name.
Instructions
Step 1
Go to your device's settings to take advantage of the ability to recover your Apple ID password. Scroll down the menu page to the iCloud item and click on your account name, then click on the lower link highlighted in blue.
Step 2
Enter your Apple ID in the field provided. After that, you will need to specify the email address associated with the profile and click "Next". An automatically generated letter containing a link to go will be sent to the specified e-mail. Click on this link to go to the page to reset your old password and create a new one. Please note that the new password should not be the same as the old one.
Step 3
If you have forgotten not only your password, but also your Apple ID, there are a few more additional steps you need to take. In addition to your email address, include your first and last name, and answer a few secret questions about your identity. The further procedure for recovering your Apple ID password will be the same as in the previous step.
Step 4
You can recover your Apple ID password not only through a mobile or digital device, but also using a computer with Internet access. Go to a special page on the Apple website (you can find the link below). Next, you will need to perform one of the above recovery methods, but this time using your computer.
