Step 1
The easiest way to find out the balance on the Megafon phone is to dial the USSD command * 100 # on the mobile phone and press the call key. Step 2
Use the free number 8-800-333-0500 to find out how much money is in your Megafon account. Please note that for this you must be a subscriber of this operator and dial a number in the coverage area of the network. Follow the instructions of the voice menu by pressing the necessary buttons on the phone (you will need to press "1" three times), after which the answering machine will inform you of your balance. Alternatively, you can immediately press "0" to connect with a support employee. Ask him to report the amount of funds in your mobile account.
Step 3
Open the official website of the Megafon company. Follow the link "Service Guide" located in the upper right part of the page. Enter your phone number and personal password in the appropriate fields. To get a password, if you are logging into the system for the first time, dial * 105 * 00 # from your phone, as a result of which the desired combination will be sent to you via SMS. As soon as the self-service service loads, examine your personal details at the top of the page. Your account balance information will be displayed here.
Step 4
Find out the costs of mobile services in the personal account of the Service-Guide system for more detailed control over your account. To do this, follow the link "One-time detailing" in the menu on the left. Select the reporting period you are interested in and how the information will be displayed - by fax or by e-mail. You can find out the details of the calls made, SMS messages sent and connected services for the last six months. After specifying all the necessary data, the report will be automatically generated and sent to you in the selected way.
Step 5
You can check the balance of another Megafon subscriber by connecting the service "Balance of loved ones". To do this, ask a friend to add you to the "white list" by sending an SMS message from his phone to 000006. In the text of the message, you must indicate your phone number with a "+" sign and without an eight. Now you can check the account of your friend or relative by dialing * 100 * from your phone (the person's number without the eight and the "+" sign) #.
