Listen to the instructions and select the appropriate section of the service using the function keys of your phone. To directly contact the operator Megafon, press the "0" button, or just stay in touch for a while, and the connection will start automatically. As soon as a technical support specialist answers your call, state the essence of your question or problem in as much detail as possible. Step 2
If you want to call the Megafon operator from your home phone or a mobile number of another operator, use the free telephone line 8-800-333-05-00. Then proceed in the same way as in the previous step: select the item of the voice menu you need using the phone keys, or connect directly to the operator.
