Want to see Earth from space? Such an opportunity today can be provided not only by navigators, but also by Internet resources, through which you can see images from satellites in real time or with a slight delay.
Instructions
Step 1
If you have a portable GPS navigator, then the world maps are already included in its memory, which can be updated, provided that a special service is connected and a monthly payment for use or traffic is paid. This is not to say that using these maps, you can fully enjoy the view from the satellite (especially not in real time), but it is quite possible to get a closer look at the planned route from a bird's eye view.
Step 2
Use the Google Earth program. To do this, you need to have either a navigator or a mobile phone with GPRS (and NMEA protocol) support and a computer.
Step 3
Follow the link https://www.ruslapland.ru/gps.htm and install the Russian version of the GPS TrackMaker software. Install the Google Earth program
Step 4
In the program window, mark the parts of the globe you need on the globe. Connect the GPS to your computer and launch the GPS TrackMaker software. Select the "Network connection" button on the toolbar, then - NMEA protocol (or navigator model).
Step 5
Click the Google Earth button to start the connection. At the request of the program to connect to the Internet, first click "No" (since all the maps selected on the globe are already saved in the computer's cache) and look first at the place where you are right now, right from space. After that, connect to the Internet and enjoy the satellite view of the earth.
Step 6
Go to the website https://www.n2yo.com and follow the movement of one of the satellites on a Google Map
Step 7
Get a glimpse of Earth from space with NASA's forecaster satellites at https://climate.nasa.gov/Eyes/eyes.html. However, before that, you will need to install the Mozilla Firefox browser (if you are not already using it) to display the picture.
