From time to time, this or that person may need to call from a landline to a mobile phone, for example, if there is no means of cellular communication at hand. To do this, you should use a long-distance telephone line.
Instructions
Step 1
Calling from a landline to a mobile phone is possible only if the home telephone line has a long-distance connection, that is, you can dial numbers through the "eight". All cellular numbers start with the country code "+7", which corresponds to the number "8" when dialing from a landline phone. After pressing the "8" key, wait for the beep. Then dial the following digits of the mobile number: first the operator code (for example, 917 or 927, etc.), then the remaining seven digits.
Step 2
If you need to call from your home phone to a mobile in another country after the "eight" dial the code "10", which means an international call. Next, you need to dial the code of the country to which the call is made (for example, "380" if you are calling to Ukraine), then - the code of the mobile operator and the number itself.
Step 3
In the absence of a long distance telephone line, you can call a cell phone from a computer via the Internet. To do this, use the Skype program or other messenger applications. To be able to call a mobile or landline phone, replenish your electronic account in the application. You can also call your cell phone from your computer for free. To do this, use one of the special sites with the ability to make free calls online, for example, Call2friends or Poketalk. You will need a microphone connected to the computer or laptop from which the call is being made.
