There is a certain principle of calls from abroad to other countries, which consists in gaining access to an international line, dialing the code of the desired country, and then the area code and the subscriber's number.

Step 1
Find out the international access code for the country in which you are currently located. For example, you can call a mobile to Russia from the USA from a landline phone by dialing the combination "011", and the international code of Germany or Ukraine corresponds to "00". If you are calling from a mobile phone, dial the “+” sign instead of the access code. To find out the mobile phone code of any country, the number belonging to a particular operator and other information, you can use one of the relevant Internet resources.
Step 2
Dial the telephone code of Russia - number "7". This is followed by the area code and subscriber number (the total number of digits usually does not exceed 10). You do not need to dial the long distance access code in Russia ("8").
Step 3
If you want to call a mobile in Russia through your cell phone, make sure you have roaming enabled. In this case, you do not need to enter any special combinations. Just dial the number of the subscriber you need via "+7" and call him. The total number of entered characters in the subscriber's dialed number is 12. Thus, the number will look something like this: +7 906 123 45 67.
