You can turn off the MTS Internet on your phone using the "Mobile Assistant". Just call the short number 0890 and you will be taken to the voice menu. Wait for the connection with the operator and inform that you want to disable the mobile Internet service. Be prepared to provide your passport details, as well as provide the mobile phone number for which you want to deactivate the service.
Step 2
Find out through the "Mobile Assistant" what tariff you have activated. Most often, subscribers are provided with the "BIT" tariff by default, which allows them to use the Internet on an unlimited basis. To disconnect the unlimited BIT Internet from MTS, send an SMS with the text 9950 to the short number 111. To disable the Super BIT tariff, send 6280 to the same number. Step 3
Use your personal account on the operator's official website to disconnect the Internet from MTS for a day or for a longer period. Follow the instructions below to get your personal password. Go to the section of connected services and uncheck the box next to all lines that contain the word "Internet".

Contact any of the operator's customer service centers if you need to disable the mobile Internet of MTS. Here you can get information about the cost of all currently connected services, including the use of the Internet. To disable all or some of them, request a disclaimer form, fill it out and give it to employees. When contacting a communication salon, you must have your passport with you.

In the mobile phone salon, you can also suspend the Internet if you use modems from MTS, or refuse it altogether. If you do not do this on time, then monthly debt will accumulate due to unpaid subscription fees. Users who no longer need to connect to the Internet often forget about it.

You can turn off automatic internet connection through your phone settings. If you do not have connected tariffs with a monthly or daily subscription fee, it is enough not to use the Internet on your mobile phone, and money will not be debited from your MTS account for this.
