Step 2
If you do not want to communicate with company representatives, you can change or delete the connection settings in your phone. You will not be charged for the time during which you did not go online.
Step 3
If you use the "BIT" tariff to connect, then send an SMS message to number 111 with the text 9950. If your tariff is "Super BIT", then send 6280 to the number 111. This will be enough to disconnect the MTS mobile Internet.
Step 4
Declare your cancellation of services by contacting the MTS service center. This operator provides its customers with various additional features for a certain fee, which are not always necessary for you. For example, it often happens that a subscriber does not need unlimited traffic for nine rubles a day, but until the user of the SIM card refuses the service he does not need, the money will continue to be charged. Ask MTS employees to give you a list of all the additional options for your SIM card, most likely you will find a lot of unnecessary things in it. Do not forget to take your passport with you, otherwise you will not be able to complete these operations.

If you use the Internet via a mobile modem, then contact the service center and block the SIM card, if you do not need a modem for regular telephone conversations. If you do not do this, then a debt may form on the SIM card, which you will have to pay later. True, recently, when the debt balance reaches minus three hundred rubles, MTS blocks modems.
