Life is a cellular operator in Ukraine, which has been represented by Astelit since January 2005. To manage your own account, settings and tariffs, you may need to contact an operator. There are several ways to contact him.

Instructions
Step 1
Install a SIM card of the operator Life in your phone to call the operator. Dial the number 5433 on the telephone keypad, then you will need to select the language of the sound menu, to set the Ukrainian language, press 1, to set the Russian language, press 2. Then listen to the voice prompts, at the end press the number 5.
Step 2
Listen until you need to press the number 4, press it, listen to the voice prompts and press 0. Wait for communication with the Life operator, stay on the line. The support phone works around the clock. To get through without any problems, it is better to call at night.
Step 3
Use a landline telephone to communicate with an operator when you cannot use a mobile phone. To do this, dial 0 800 20 5433 on a landline phone. A call to this number is free in the fixed network of Ukraine.
Step 4
Use the online support service if you have no other way to contact Life support. To do this, follow the link https://www.life.com.ua/index.php?area=general&lng=uk&page=1-3. On this page there is a service "Ask a question online", it is available seven days a week from 7 am to 10 pm.
Step 5
To start communicating with the operator, press the "Set food" button. If instead the message "Break" appears, then the service will be temporarily unavailable for ten to twenty minutes. In this case, use the service later or leave a question in the form "Your suggestions" on the same page.
Step 6
To do this, enter your e-mail address, name, select the category of the message from the list, enter the text of the message, the security code, click the "Send" button. You can get an answer to your question within one to three days.
