The MTS operator offers its subscribers two types of options: services and subscriptions. Depending on what exactly you have connected, the method of disconnection will also be selected (only in some cases). The fact is that there are also universal deactivation options that can be used in both cases.
Instructions
Step 1
The disconnection of many services is reproduced by sending a USSD request to the operator. However, each of these requests can have a different code. To find out what is needed, visit the official website of the company. Enter the name of the option you are interested in in the search bar, select it. After switching to a new page, select "Disable". It will indicate exactly how and with which numbers you can deactivate.
Step 2
However, there is a system through which you can disable both the subscription and the service without looking for additional numbers. This system is called "Internet Assistant". It is easy to find it on the official website of the MTS operator. If you have never used the system before, you will have to register in it (that is, set your personal password for authorization). There are two options here, and you can use the one that is more convenient for you: send the USSD command * 111 * 25 # or call 1118.
Step 3
There are two fields on the main page of the "Internet Assistant". In the first of them, enter your mobile phone number, and in the second - the set password. Please note: the number is indicated without the eight.
Step 4
As soon as you are logged in and you will be taken to the management menu, open the "Subscriptions" section in the column on the left. All that you previously activated will be displayed on the screen. Opposite each of them is the inscription "Delete subscription". Click on it to delete an unwanted subscription.
Step 5
To refuse any "MTS" service, go to another section, it is called "Tariffs and Services". In it you will need the item "Management". After you click on it, a list of all services operating on your number will appear. In addition to information about the cost of each service, you will also see the "Disable" button.
