The “Weather” service is available to HTC smartphone owners. This is a widget in which you can adjust your location (country, region, city) and be aware of the weather outside the window around the clock.

Step 1
If for some reason you want to disable the widget, refer to your phone settings. By the way, the most common reason for refusing weather forecast on HTC is that it quickly drains the battery on a smartphone. So, open the "Settings" menu. In the section with a list of all connected widgets, select the one you want to disable. Also, don't forget to cancel the background update. Once you complete the required actions, the weather will no longer appear on the phone display.
Step 2
Please note that the "Weather" service is also provided by some mobile operators. Its connection and disconnection is available on any phone, including HTC. If you are an MTS subscriber, call 0890 to cancel the service. Another way to turn off the weather forecast is to send a USSD command * 111 * 4751 # or an SMS message to 4147. In the text, enter the number 2.
Step 3
To deactivate the service in Beeline, use the control system uslugi.beeline.ru. Log in there, and you can not only manage all the services connected to your number, but also order an invoice detailing, change the tariff plan. To do this, get a password from the operator by sending a USSD request * 110 * 9 #. In the Login field, enter the phone number in ten-digit format.

Those subscribers who use MegaFon communication services can turn off the Weather service by sending an SMS to the short number 5151. The text must contain the phrase stop pp or stop pp (in this case, it does not matter if you type it in Latin or Cyrillic) … By the way, a service called "Mobile Subscriptions" is also available to you.
