In the registration menu that appears, enter your credentials if the ICQ program has already been installed on a desktop computer, tablet or any other device. If the ICQ program is installed for the first time, go through the entire registration procedure and get a universal number. Pay attention to the fact that when entering the credentials of an existing account in the "login" field, you need to enter not a nickname, but an ICQ number, consisting of nine digits.
