Plasterboard boards have become part of our everyday life. This material is environmentally friendly, made without adding hazardous components, fire-resistant, and has sound-absorbing properties. Has the ability to "breathe", thereby normalizing the microclimate in the room. It can be used to erect complex structures, both in an apartment and in industrial buildings.
Necessary
Plaster of paris, special cardboard, binders, production equipment
Instructions
Step 1
Plasterboard sheets or gypsum boards are made on a conveyor. To do this, you need the following: Take a gypsum binder, namely stucco (CaSO4 * 2H2O). Using a screw conveyor or pneumatic conveyor, it should be fed into the supply hopper. The material used is a mineral based on a granular, fibrous or lamellar structure. It can be obtained by firing synthesized or natural gypsum. It is better to use natural material, since it is less radioactive, fire-resistant, non-flammable and has normal acidity. Then the gypsum is sent to the screw mixer, where some dry components (chemical additives, fiberglass, production waste) should be added to it.
Step 2
The resulting mixture is sent to a continuous mixer, pulp and some of the foam from the foam generator are also fed there. For the production of the core, gypsum is used, which has exceptional technical and physical properties. It must have the ability to "breathe", thereby absorbing excess moisture and giving it back in case of a shortage. Having prepared the foam gypsum mass, it should be fed to the forming table, while it is required to evenly distribute and lay it using feeders on the lower cardboard belt, with bent pre-edged.
Step 3
Cover the gypsum mass with the top sheet of cardboard, having previously greased its edges with an adhesive. The coated material is also called "construction". This paper has special properties that are not found in ordinary household cardboard, namely, moisture resistance and vapor resistance, if work is performed in a humid environment, thermal insulation - for interior decoration.
Step 4
Then, the resulting gypsum tape needs to be pulled between the forming rolls, which lag behind each other at a distance corresponding to the thickness of the sheet. lengths, mark, bend and send to a multi-tiered drying chamber. Dried sheets should be laid in pairs, facing each other, aligned and trimmed. After that, put them in packs and send them to packaging.
