Data transfer to a mobile phone can be carried out using a computer or via the Internet. You can use the dedicated software for your machine or a cloud service client that you use on your computer to copy images to your device.

Step 1
Transferring pictures and adding them can be done in several ways. One of the simplest methods is to transfer images directly to the file system on your machine. Connect your device to your computer using the USB cable that came with your phone. Select the "Data Storage" or "File Transfer" mode on the machine's screen.
Step 2
Wait for the phone to be recognized in the system as a removable storage drive. In the menu that appears, select the "Open folder to view files" section and go to the Pictures directory of the flash drive or the internal memory of the device.

From the system folder, where the necessary pictures are stored, drag individual files, holding down the left mouse button, into the window with the file system of your phone. After you finish copying all the data, you can disconnect the device from the computer and check for the copied pictures in the phone menu.

You can also add the images you want using the software for your smartphone. For example, to copy a picture to iPhone, go to iTunes, having previously connected your device with a USB cable. Then go to the menu for working with the device memory by clicking on the button with the name of the device in the upper right corner of the program window.
Step 5
Go to the "Pictures" tab of the application and select the folders with photos that you want to add. After selecting the necessary images and specifying the options, press the "Synchronize" button and wait for the images to be added to the device's memory.

If you store your pictures on cloud services, you can also download the desired image by installing the service client on your phone. To do this, enter the name of the cloud service you are using (for example, Dropbox) in the application store on your device (Play Market, Market or AppStore) and select the appropriate result from the list of found applications. Click on the "Install" button and wait for the end of the operation.
Step 7
Run the resulting program using the shortcut that was created during the installation process. Then enter the details for your account and sign in. The screen will display a list of files stored in the account. Select the images you want and click "Save" to copy a particular photo to the phone memory. Saving images is complete and you can go to the device menu to view the saved images.
