Step 1
Set up call forwarding in Utel to receive incoming calls to your mobile phone to any number specified by you, be it a city, mobile, international or long-distance number. At the same time, calls to the old number will not be received, and the service is active even when the device is turned off. To activate call forwarding to Utel, do it using the menu of your phone.
Step 2
Select the type of forwarding that you can use in Utel: unconditional (in this case, all calls to your mobile will be forwarded to the specified number); call forwarding if the phone is busy (this type will allow you not to miss an important call in the event that the code you spoke on your mobile and could not get through to you, the required call will be transferred to another number); forwarding if the subscriber does not answer (an incoming call will be transferred to another number if it remains unanswered for twenty seconds); forwarding if the phone is unavailable (if your phone is out of range or disconnected, forwarding is activated).
Step 3
Activate the call forwarding service when the number does not answer. To do this, dial from your mobile phone the code * 61 * "Enter the phone number to which you want to forward calls" #, press the call button. Activate call forwarding if the phone is unavailable or switched off.
Step 4
To do this, dial the command from your mobile phone * 62 * "Enter the number to which the calls will be forwarded" #, the call button. To activate call forwarding if the phone is busy, enter * 67 * from the mobile code "Enter the phone number of the recipient of the forwarded calls" #, press the green key.
Step 5
To check the readdressing status dial * # 61 or 62 or 67 (depending on the type) #, green key. To cancel call forwarding to Utel, dial the code # 61/62/67 # from your mobile phone, the call button.
