Chinese phones use their own file format for storing applications - not JAR, but MRP. Just like on ordinary phones, sometimes such applications need not only be installed, but also uninstalled.

Instructions

Step 1

Find where the MRP applications are stored on the phone memory card. There are several options for their location:

- in a folder called "mythroad" (most often), "mrapp" or "mulgame";

- in the "mr" folder, located inside the "downdata" folder;

- in a folder named "mrp240x400" and located inside the "mythroad" folder (typical for devices that are fakes for Nokia N8).

Step 2

Regardless of where exactly the MRP files are located, and how you intend to delete them, in any case do not erase files with the following names, if at least one of them is present:

- mopo.mrp;

- dsm_gm.mrp. If you erase them, applications may not be able to start.

Step 3

Use the following as criteria for deleting files:

- the application is designed for a keypad phone, and you have a touchscreen, or vice versa;

- there is not enough space on the memory card, but it is necessary to write new data;

- the application is malicious and sends SMS messages to short numbers without being asked (in the MRP virtual machine, unlike J2ME, there is no mode in which the user is asked for confirmation before sending a message).

Step 4

To delete files from the above folders, use the phone's built-in file manager or a computer that recognizes the unit as removable media when connected via a cord. If there is no cord, use a card reader, remembering to turn off the phone and keep it off until the card is reinserted before removing the memory card.

Step 5

In turn, when disconnecting the phone or card reader from the computer, always follow the standard procedure for the OS you are using to disconnect the external USB drive (in Linux, using the sequence of umount and eject commands for the / dev / sda1 device).

Step 6

If necessary, back up files on your computer before deleting files.
