Necessary

  • - 12V car generator, in working order;
  • - acid or helium battery 12V;
  • - a large aluminum or stainless steel pan (bucket);
  • - battery charging relay;
  • - relay of a control lamp of a charge, automobile;
  • - semi-hermetic switch button for 12V;
  • - a voltmeter, you can use a car;
  • - external communication box;
  • - wires with a cross section of 2, 5 and 4 mm2;
  • - M6 bolt complete with nuts, washers and engravers - 4 pcs.;
  • - stainless steel wire or two large clamps;
  • - drill with drills;
  • - screwdriver;
  • - keys set;
  • - wire cutters.

Instructions

Step 1

Take a saucepan or bucket. At this stage, we make the rotor and rework the generator pulley. Divide it into four parts with a marker and metal scissors. Cut along the markings so that the blades are obtained. Do not forget to drill in the places where the scissors will go deeper. You can use a grinder, but make sure that the pan or bucket does not overheat. On their bottom, make markings for the holes for fastening the bolts. Check the distances carefully, as this is where the pulley and alternator will be mounted. The main thing is that when rotating, the parts should not dangle.

Step 2

Bend the blades on a bucket or saucepan, taking into account the direction of rotation of the generator. Traditionally - clockwise. Bolt the pot or bucket to the pulley. Now connect the wires to the generator, rewrite their marking and the color of the wires. Assemble the chain in high dose (external communication box).

Step 3

Make a mast. For this, you can use a wooden or metal pole. Secure the generator to it. Secure the wires to the generator and mast. Attach the wires to the mast and generator. Connect the generator to the circuit.

Step 4

Connect the battery to the circuit with wires at least one meter long. Connect lighting and other devices with wires with a cross section of 2.5 mm2. Include an inverter (converter) 12-220V for 0.7-1.5 kW in the circuit. Connect it to the 7-8 pin with a 4 mm2 wire, one meter long. Set the rotation speed by bending the blades accordingly.
