Step 1
By ordering such packages and activating the MMS service, you save money on sending multimedia messages several times over. However, if you stopped using this service, you have a need to disable MMS Beeline or MTS.
The popular package "MMS-Unlimited" of the Beeline operator can be disabled in the following way. If you are a subscriber of a prepaid system, dial the number 0674090170 on your phone and deactivate the service. If you are a postpaid subscriber, use the number 067415100 to deactivate the service.
Step 2
If you failed to disable the service using the above method, call the answering machine "Mobile Consultant" at 0611. It will automatically determine your tariff plan, the amount on the account and the connected services. Follow the instructions of the answering machine and quickly deactivate the MMS service.
Step 3
Beeline subscribers can also disable the MMS service using the Service Control Center. This service allows you to connect and disconnect various paid services, such as the MMS package. To deactivate the "MMS" service, dial the following combination on the keypad of your mobile phone: * 110 * 181 # and press the call button. In the menu that appears, select the option to disable the service and the required service.
Step 4
If you are an MTS subscriber, you can deactivate the MMS service in one of two ways. Go to the operator's official website in the "Internet Assistant" section and follow the prompts to disable the service. Here you can also find out the status of your account and information about all connected services.
Step 5
If you do not have access to the Internet, use the "SMS Assistant" service. To do this, send an SMS message with the code 21460 to number 111 from your mobile phone. After sending the message, the MMS service will be automatically disabled.
Step 6
If you have any problems with disabling the MMS service on MTS, contact the operator through the website of the mobile company, by calling 88003330890 from a landline phone or by dialing 0890 on your mobile phone. Ask the operator to help you disable the MMS service.
