MMS is a multimedia message with which you can send photos, music, pictures or various unlimited text. These messages are more expensive than regular SMS, and in some cases there is simply no need for them. In this regard, it becomes necessary to disconnect from this service.
Instructions
Step 1
Dial 0611 and call the answering machine "Mobile Consultant" to deactivate the MMS service if you are a Beeline subscriber. The autoinformer will tell you information about your tariff plan, the amount on the account and the connected services. Follow its instructions to deactivate the MMS service.
Step 2
Take advantage of the Service Control Center, which allows Beeline subscribers to manage various paid services, including MMS packages. Dial * 110 * 181 # on the keypad of your mobile phone, press the call button and familiarize yourself with the menu that appears. Select the MMS service and find the "Disable" item. After a while, you will receive a system message stating that your number has been disconnected from the multimedia messaging service.
Step 3
Disable the MMS service through the Internet Assistant if you are an MTS subscriber. Go to the official website of the mobile operator and follow the prompts to disable the multimedia service. Also in this menu you can get acquainted with the account status and other connected services.
Step 4
Dial an SMS message with the text 21460 and send it to number 111, which will be sent to the “SMS Assistant” service of the MTS operator. As a result, there will be an automatic disconnection from the MMS service. You can also call 0890 from a mobile or 88003330890 from a landline phone to contact the MTS operator and ask him to disable this service in the telephone mode or consult on this issue.
Step 5
Go to the "Network" section of the phone and select the "Settings" menu, in which you will find the inscription "MEGAFON MMS". By clicking on it, you can disable the MMS service for MegaFon subscribers. If you cannot find this function, contact the operator at 555 or 500.
