Step 1
First, try disabling unnecessary services yourself. This is a rather dangerous activity, because deleting even one important process can lead to a complete failure of the operating system.

Install the program and run it. Open the System Diagnostics menu. In this case, we are only interested in one item - optimization. Activate it and click the "Scan" button.
