Instructions

Step 1

Modern condoms are made from latex, which is obtained from rubber trees (hevea). Most of these trees grow in Southeast Asia. Latex is the frozen sap of these trees. Also, some condoms are made from a synthetic substitute - polyurethane material.

Step 2

At the first stage of production, the working mixture is prepared, which is used to manufacture the product. After that, the resulting material is loaded into special conveyor machines, on which the molds are lowered into latex. The operation is repeated twice. At the same time, the conveyor constantly rotates in order to achieve the most uniform distribution of the composition in shape.

Step 3

After dipping, the resulting product undergoes a drying procedure, which is carried out at a temperature of approximately + 800 ° C. After that, vulcanization begins, which allows you to give strength to the material and add some elements to the shape of the condom (for example, pimples). The process takes place at a temperature of + 1200 ° C. Then the products are sent for grinding, after which they are removed from the mold by steaming in hot water.

Step 4

The entire manufacturing process is fully automated. Making one condom can take several hours. Upon completion of production, product inspection is carried out using electronic testing and air purging to verify maximum volume and strength. Some manufacturers also use electrolyte baths.

Step 5

After checking, the resulting product is packed in foil material using special conveyor machines. Then all condoms are sorted into special boxes according to their numbering and model. The products are sealed and then sent to the warehouse for shipment to the final consumer.
