Instructions
Step 1
Click the Start Menu button and select Control Panel. A separate window will open, select "Network and Internet" in its left column. The "Network and Internet" section will open - select "Network and Sharing Center" there. A new window will open in which you must select the item on the left - "Change adapter parameters".
Step 2
After you open the "Network Connections" folder, select the required local network connection and right-click on it. In the context menu, select "Properties" (located at the very bottom). A list will appear in front of you.

Uncheck the box next to "Internet Protocol TCP / IP" in the list of commands that appears. Of course, if she is standing there. At the next stage, select the item "Internet Protocol TCP / IP" by single clicking on it with the left mouse button. Click on the "Properties" button below. After that, it should be activated - the PCP / IP Internet Protocol Properties window will open, in which find the "General" tab and check the boxes for "Obtain an IP address automatically" and "Obtain a DNS server automatically".
Step 4
Click the "OK" button after completing all the above steps. If you followed all the steps correctly, the computer will automatically configure your IP address and servers, and the resources of your local network will open in front of you.

If, after completing all the above steps, the local network does not work, contact the local network technical support specialists. Its incorrect configuration can affect the speed of the connection, exchange and transfer of packets and the operation of the local network as a whole. So if you are not confident in your abilities or nothing worked out for you, it can be either a malfunction in the system or just inattention - in this case, it is better to entrust everything to professionals.
