Step 1
Do you want to protect yourself from hacker attacks or simply decided to take a break from the social network - there can be many reasons for deleting a page on VKontakte (VK). There is no “delete” button in the mobile application on the phone. So for the mobile version the algorithm of actions is as follows: go to the application on the phone, open the "profile", click on the "menu" → "open in the browser". Further actions are the same as on the computer.
Step 2
Open the "settings" by clicking on the avatar. Scroll down to the "you can delete your page" link. Click on the link, in the drop-down window indicate the reason for deleting the page by choosing from the options offered or by indicating your reason in the message. You do not need to specify the reason. If your decision to delete a page in "VK" is final, feel free to click on the link at the bottom of the "delete page" window.
Step 3
If you want to delete your account, but you cannot access your profile, because you forgot your password, this is also not a problem. When entering the social network, click on the "forgot password" link, you will receive an SMS on your phone with a password recovery code.
Step 4
The page in "VK" is deleted instantly, but if you change your mind, you can restore it. This opportunity lasts half a year. Before the complete removal of the page in "VK", it must take at least six months. During this time, do not visit the page and do not restore your account.
Step 5
In case you forgot both the login and the password and there is no way to restore them, to delete the page, contact the administration for support. To confirm your identity, send a scan of your passport or document replacing it. If the profile contains reliable passport data and there is a real photo, the administration will delete the page.
