Sony electronic products are considered by many to be of the highest quality. Phones and smartphones were previously produced by the Sony Ericsson joint venture. Since the beginning of 2012, mobile products have been completely under the control of Sony.
Instructions
Step 1
To install programs on Sony Ericsson phones and smartphones, you need to know the platform of your phone. It can be a non-operational shell that was present on older devices, or the Symbian operating system (now also a thing of the past), or the Android OS.
Step 2
If you have a non-operational shell that was used on push-button phones of the Sony Ericsson mobile division, you need to use the Play Now application, which you can find in the main menu of the phone. Select it and run it. Then select the category "Applications". Then click on the application you like, you will see its description and price. Almost all applications in Play Now are paid. The money will be debited either from your mobile phone account or from your account in the store.
Step 3
You can also download any java application that matches the resolution of your phone. To do this, just enter in the search bar in any search engine "sony ericsson java applications" and click the "Search" button. The application file will have a jar extension.
Step 4
If you have a phone based on Symbian OS, to download an application for your phone, use the Play Now store by clicking the touch skin on the application icon in the Main Menu. Next, select the "Applications" icon. You will see the possible programs for your phone and their prices. By clicking on the application you need, you can read the detailed information about it. Payment is made from your account in the store or deducted from your mobile phone account.
Step 5
You can also find any application on the Internet, for example on developer sites. Match the application to the screen resolution of your phone and the version of your operating system. Symbian application files can have the sis or sisx extension.
Step 6
If you own an Android phone, your device can find the programs you need in the Play Market. This application is available from the phone menu. You can also enter the website address in your browser and go directly to its page. Here you can choose between paid and free applications from the desired category. Funds are debited for downloaded applications from your Play Market account. Alternatively, you can find Android apps on the internet yourself. The application file must have an apk extension.
