Portable speakers are convenient in many situations. To collect them, you will need a certain set of element base. Staged assembly ensures high quality and precision in the process. The convenience of the presented scheme is that you can replace some elements with others. At the same time, the functionality of the circuit will remain high enough.
Necessary
Chip type TDA2003 or similar models; capacitors 10 uF, 100 uF, 0.1 uF, 470 uF; resistors 10 Ohm, 1 Ohm, 1 kOhm; speaker, soldering iron, solder with rosin; mobile phone batteries
Instructions
Step 1
Assemble the amplifier on the TDA2003 microcircuit using the circuit and the indicated elements.
Step 2
Attach a heat sink to the amplifier chip. In order for the heat transfer to be high, it is advisable to use additional thermal grease.
Step 3
We connect power to the amplifier. For this we use 3 batteries for cell phones, which give a total voltage of 11.1 V.
Step 4
We install speakers for 2 ohms (10W), 4 ohms (5W), 8 ohms (2.5 W) or car speakers for 4 ohms (40 W) type PIONEER.
Step 5
We fix the device in a wooden case.
