Step 1
If the memory card is damaged, make sure it is recoverable. Format it, strip the contacts, if necessary, make a recovery. If none of this helps, do not use a broken card in your camera.

In case you suddenly have problems with the battery, fully charge and discharge it several times in a row to overclock its capacity. If this does not help, replace this part as well. It is best to have two camera batteries included. Please note that they must be original, otherwise you risk your camera.

If deformation of the lens of a Canon DSLR camera occurs, use special cleaning kits suitable for its lenses, which you can find in stores in your city or order online. Wipe the contacts with a lint-free cloth, and never use a window or monitor cleaner.

Use only specially formulated liquids and wipes. If this is not possible, it is better to use a regular napkin. Also remember to align the rubber mounts on the lens with a small needle. The contacts and rubber mounts are best cleaned with isopropyl alcohol.
Step 5
If you experience more serious problems with your Canon DSLR, take it to a service center for repair, never disassemble the lens or camera yourself. Disassembling the lens requires not only the availability of special tools, but also laboratory conditions. Otherwise, you will end up with an image distorted by fine lint trapped inside if you can put it back together.
Step 6
If the camera falls into water, be sure to dry it for several days, before that opening all possible compartments. It is best to remove the battery from it as soon as possible, the same goes for the memory card. Do not turn on the camera until it is completely dry.
