First of all, decide what material you will be making your speaker cabinet. For this role, wood, plastic or plexiglass are suitable. You can also combine these materials. For example, make the walls from wood and the front from plexiglass. It is best to choose solid wood plates to make them easier to process.

Decide on the dimensions of the future speaker box. Of course, the case should be larger than the speaker. It is also worth considering that you need space in order to neatly lay the wires. Remember - do not save on the spot. Make a detailed drawing on paper. This will save you a bunch of spoiled stuff.
Step 3
Now take the leaves of the tree. Mark the future parts of the body according to the drawn up drawing. It is best to cut each piece from a solid plate. Then your speaker will look good and it will also be more durable. In the process of marking, you can make mistakes, so trace the final contours with a red pencil or felt-tip pen.
Step 4
Now carefully cut out all the details along the red outline. Use an electric jigsaw to make round speaker holes. After that, process the edges so that they are smooth, without burrs. Use fine sandpaper. Walk over the surface of the parts if necessary. They should be flat and smooth.

When all the details are ready, then make a preliminary fitting. Make a future box out of them. All parts should fit perfectly to each other, there should be no gaps and distortions. If everything fits perfectly together, then you can start assembling. There are many options for fastening parts to each other. Small carnations can be used. It should be nailed very carefully so that the carnation does not go obliquely and does not break through the wall of the parts. Also coat the joints with glue and sealant, then the sound waves will propagate only within the body. Then let the glue or sealant set.
Step 6
The case is almost ready. Now we should take care of its appearance. Can be varnished, or can be sheathed with Carpet or covered with leather with beautiful stitching. It is best to attach the material to staples. At the same time, carefully smearing the material with glue so that it does not bristle and sits evenly on the surface of the part.
