Instructions
Step 1
Send a free "Call me" request to a client of any mobile operator in Russia. This service does not require any special connection; access to it is given automatically when you connect to Megafon tariff plans. Dial * 144 * on the keypad, the number of the subscriber you expect to call and #. The number can be dialed in national (8-926 …) or international format (+ 7-926 …). The service is provided both in the region of the Megafon subscriber and in roaming.
Step 2
Within a day, send no more than ten "applications" to call you. The one to whom you are asking to call back will receive an SMS message on your behalf with the phrase "The subscriber [your number will be indicated hereinafter] asks you to call him back." In this case, you will receive confirmation of sending the request in the form of an SMS message that the subscriber (hereinafter the number will be indicated) has been sent a request to call back.
Step 3
Call even with zero balance. The conversation will be paid by your interlocutor at a price of 3 rubles per minute (for any tariff plan). To activate this service, dial 000 and the number of the called client. With an incoming call, he, as usual, will see the name of the subscriber who calls him. However, when receiving a call, he will hear how a Megafon employee pronounces your number and invites him to talk at his own expense for 3 rubles per minute. If he is ready to pay for the conversation, he will need to press the "1" key during or immediately after the end of the information message. Then you will be connected. If the person does not agree, he will simply have to reject the call.
