The telecom operator MTS sends its subscribers numerous mailings, which can be not only free, but also paid. That is why some clients wish to opt out of such notifications.
Instructions
Step 1
In order for the subscriber to unsubscribe from the mailing list, he must know which mailing lists are connected to him. This can be done in the "Internet Assistant" system. Go to the MTS website and click on the bright red icon with the name of this self-service system.
Step 2
Register in the "Internet Assistant". You just need to get a password to enter, since the customer's phone number is used as a login. To set a personal password, dial 1118 or USSD-request * 111 * 25 # on the keyboard, and then press the call button. It is very important: the length of the password is strictly not less than 4 and not more than 7 characters.
Step 3
In the authorization window located on the main page of the system, enter your mobile phone number and password. Click the "Login" button. Next, you will be taken to the "Internet Assistant" menu. This is where you can manage your existing subscriptions. To disable all or only some of them, select the "Subscriptions" column (it is located in the list of all sections of the system, on the left). To deactivate, use the "Delete subscription" button.
Step 4
Perhaps you have some kind of news service connected to your number. You can also refuse it through the self-service interface. Open the section titled "Tariffs and Services", then click on "Service Management". Among the listed options, find the one you need and use the "Disable" button.
Step 5
MTS subscribers can unsubscribe from annoying mailings through the Mobile Assistant service. To do this, dial the short number 111 on the keyboard and press the call button. This number is completely free, no funds will be charged from the client's account for a call to it. However, be careful: this rule applies exclusively to your home network, you will have to pay in roaming in accordance with the rates of the current tariff plan.
