Beeline subscribers can receive informational messages on their mobile phones if they have the Chameleon service activated. You can opt out of receiving advertising messages at any time. To do this, you need to use one of the provided services or phone numbers.
Instructions
Step 1
If you want to turn off the receipt of the mailing from the operator, then use the USSD-number * 110 * 20 # (dial it on the phone keypad and press the call button). Please note that you don't have to go to outside sources to get rid of the Chameleon. You can also go to the phone settings and select the Beeinfo column in the special menu. Then just find the service you need in the list, click on it. You will see a field called "Activation". In it, you must press the "Off" button.
Step 2
An answering machine from the Beeline company, which bears the name "Mobile Consultant", can help you deactivate services you do not need (including numerous mailings). It is accessible by dialing 0611 (intended for calls from mobile phones). It should be noted that this system is multifunctional. Thanks to it, the subscriber can also receive a variety of information: for example, about the options of the current tariff plan, the state of the balance, new products that appear and much more. You can find much more information about the "Mobile Consultant" on the official website of the operator.
Step 3
In the company "Beeline", customers can also independently manage all services. This is possible using a special system. It is located on the website https://uslugi.beeline.ru. The full range of her actions consists of many points, namely: changing the tariff plan, ordering account details, blocking and unblocking a phone number, ordering and disconnecting services. If you want to get access to this self-service system, send the operator USSD-command * 110 * 9 #. After that, you should receive an SMS message, which will contain a login for authorization in the system and a temporary access password. By the way, the login will be your mobile phone number, presented in ten-digit format.
