Special software is always required to burn karaoke discs. Before recording, always pay attention to the speed of the drive, since it is best to record karaoke discs at medium settings.

Instructions
Step 1
Find out the type of protection of your karaoke disc that you want to overwrite. If it was purchased by you in the markets or in other dubious points of sale, the Alcohol 120% or Nero programs will be enough for you. In this case, install one of them on your computer (it is best to use Russian versions of the software) and start creating an image file from the disk.
Step 2
Insert your karaoke disc into the drive and edit the image using the program. Next, save the project to your hard drive, mount it on one of the created virtual drives and check if it opens. If the disc is successfully opened, remove the original from the drive and insert a disc to be written on it.
Step 3
Create a recording project by adding a disc image saved on your computer to it, or do it by launching the image file and the menu for recording it to an optical storage medium. In the parameters, set the drive speed to medium for the best recording results. Burn and test the disc in devices.
Step 4
If you are the owner of the original LG karaoke disc, use the Nero program first, repeating the previous sequence. Or, if it doesn't work, download the Clone CD software. Note that it is best to use non-rewritable discs for recording here.
Step 5
If this program also does not work, refer to other utilities with similar functionality, but usually Nero solutions were always well suited for LG disks. It is quite possible that you should replace the software version with the latest one, pay attention here also that the release date corresponds to the release date of the karaoke disc.
