Step 1

To get started, read the documentation that came with your TV. Find a record of the terms of the warranty service. Make sure the warranty has expired. If this is not the case, then it is highly discouraged to try to fix the TV yourself, as this will automatically void the warranty. It is more advisable to entrust the repair to the warranty service center, which will quickly fix the problem. If the warranty period has expired, then you can try to make the repair yourself.

Step 2

Unplug the TV from the wall outlet. By doing this, you will deplete it. Never try to disassemble the TV with the plug plugged in. This could lead to a short circuit. Usually, the cord is detached from the TV case, so it is better to remove it so that it does not interfere in the future. Cover the surface on which you will disassemble the TV with a light, not very thin cloth. On light, small details will be very clearly visible. And the fabric will avoid scratches on the case.

Step 3

Refer to the instruction manual for the location of all screws connecting the body parts. Unscrew them carefully from the grooves. Some screws may be covered with plugs. Try to remember the location of all the screws so that you do not confuse them during assembly. Now the case is held only by plastic clips. Open them and detach the back of the case. The TV is completely disassembled. It remains only to find the malfunction and fix it.
