A modern phone usually does not create problems when connecting it to a computer. However, there are times when standard solutions don't work. And alternative ways of connecting can help.
Method number 1
When connecting the phone to a computer via a USB cable, you will see a notification about its connection to the PC. However, after a few seconds, this information may disappear. To correct this situation, you need to do the following:
Open (click on) the widget that appears when the USB wire is connected
A window titled "USB Usage" is activated. In it you need to select the data transfer mode

This option usually helps to correct the phone's unwillingness to connect to the computer. However, there are times when the antivirus software on your smartphone, for security reasons, will not allow you to activate USB debugging.
In this case, only a factory reset will help. Caution: this operation will destroy, without the possibility of recovery, all personal data, including photos, videos, account settings and saved passwords. Method number 4
If the above methods are unsuccessful, heavy artillery will be used. To do this, you need to download the Android terminal emulator program. It is freely available in the Play Market. After downloading, connect the phone to the computer:
1) Open the program and write the "su" command. Click "Confirm".
2) We register the command "setprop persist.sys.usb.config mtp, adb" and press "Enter"
3) We activate the phone reboot with the "reboot" command. (on the same command line)
