Not all mobile phone models provide the ability to access additional functions without a SIM card. However, there are various ways to get around this limitation.

Step 1
To turn on your Samsung X series phone without a SIM card, follow these steps. Turn off the phone, remove the SIM card from it, and then turn it on. The message "Insert SIM card" will be displayed on the screen. Enter the code # * 5737425 #. A list of 3 items will appear. Select the second or third item. Then you can open the main menu of the phone.

For phones manufactured by Siemens, there is the following method. Also remove the SIM card, then turn on the phone, then enter the code * # 0606 # and press the left key (soft key). After that, you can get to the phone menu.
Step 3
In order to be able to turn on a Motorola phone without using a SIM card, download the P2K Advanced Editor version at least 5515 to the hard disk of your computer. To download, open one of the sites dedicated to Motorola mobile phones in your Internet browser (for example, https://www.motorola-mobile.ru, https://www.motofan.ru, etc.) and use the search to find the required program. After downloading, double click on the downloaded file to install, then run.
Step 4
Connect your Motorola phone to your computer using the appropriate USB cable. Connect one end of it to a mobile device, and the other to the USB connector of the system unit. From the P2K Advanced Editor menu, select Phone Features -> SEEM Features -> SEEM 4A Features. Find in the "Bit" column the value 616, it must correspond to the line sim_enabled_phone.
