Step 1
The Nokia phone is turned on with the help of a small power button located in the upper part of the case, which sometimes deteriorates, falls out, squeezes out, just stops working. As a result, another nuisance arises - the phone cannot be turned on. However, you can try to do without the button.
Step 2
When you press the button, which is in good working order, two pairs of contacts are closed on the board inside the phone case, which ensure its on / off. Therefore, it is necessary to close these contacts in some way without using a button.
Step 3
If the button is pushed in, try to remove it from the socket using fine tweezers or some other sharp object. Look inside the case. You will see two pairs of contacts. Close any two contacts, one from each pair, with a needle, paper clip or wire. Try to do this carefully so as not to damage other contacts in the immediate vicinity. After the phone has turned on, do not switch it off again and do not allow the battery to drain completely.
Step 4
If you cannot remove the stuck button from the slot, try using thin screwdrivers to open the phone case. Lift the panel and shake out the stuck button. Solder it to the pins. For work, use a soldering iron with a thin tip. To avoid damage to the phone, do not overheat the contacts. Close the case, put the screws back in place.
Step 5
In case the button is lost or it is not possible to solder it, take two thin wires approximately 10 cm long. Solder them to the contacts on the board and lead them to the outer surface of the case through the socket in which the button was previously attached. To turn on the phone, simply connect the ends of the wires.
