Step 1
If you are a subscriber of the MTS mobile operator's network and want to disable the MTS News service on your phone, use the Mobile Assistant. To enter this system, dial the following combination on your phone: 111 and press the call key. Then follow the instructions of the autoinformer (select the section "Connecting and disconnecting services", then - "Disable MTS news").
Step 2
Use the "Internet Assistant" to deactivate the "MTS News" service. To use this option, set a password. To do this, dial the following command: * 111 * 25 # and press the call key or call the number: 1115. Listen carefully to the instructions for setting the password. After receiving the secret data, go to the MTS website, select the section “Login to your personal account”, then “Internet Assistant” and enter your phone number and the received password for authorization in the system. After that, in the window that appears, go to the item "Connecting and disconnecting services", "Disabling the MTS News service".
Step 3
Another option for disabling the MTS News service is to call the service center for subscribers of this network. To implement it, call the free round-the-clock number 0890, contact the telecom operator, state your passport details and state the essence of your request.
Step 4
Contact the nearest communication salon of the MTS network. Take your personal passport and contract for the provision of services. Contact the manager with a request to help you disable the MTS News service. Here you can also express your disagreement with receiving other advertising mailings from the company to your number. If any difficulties arise or you are denied the shutdown of certain services, file a complaint with Rospotrebnadzor, motivating it with the law on consumer rights.
