If you receive various kinds of SMS messages on your phone every day, it means that your number has some kind of subscription or service. There are several ways to disable each of them.
Instructions
Step 1
Deactivate all unnecessary mailings using the "Mobile Assistant" service. You just need to call the short number 111. When you are in the home network, the call will be free, but outside of it the call is charged. The exact amount depends on the prices of the current tariff plan of the client.
Step 2
Not only can you unsubscribe from subscriptions and services, but also find out which of them are connected at all, thanks to the "Internet Assistant" self-service system. To enter it, open the MTS website. There you will see a link to the system (there is a bright red icon opposite its name).
Step 3
Keep in mind: you cannot immediately go to the "Internet Assistant". You must first set up a personal password. Registration in the system is not required, since initially the number of each subscriber is already in the "Internet Assistant" database. So, to get a password, send a USSD request to the operator * 111 * 25 # or call 1118. Do not forget that the code can be no shorter than four and no longer than seven characters.
Step 4
In the first field, located on the main page of the "Internet Assistant", enter your mobile phone number (without the eight). Enter your password in the second field. Click on the "Login" button. After going to the system menu, you will be able to manage the connected services. To disable any of them, go to the "Tariffs and Services" section. There is a list of all active services (both paid and free). Opposite the one you want to opt out of, click the "Disable" button.
Step 5
If you need to deactivate your subscription, go to the section called "Subscriptions" (it is also located in the "Internet Assistant"). Next, you will see a list of available subscriptions. To disable unnecessary mailing, just click on the "Delete" button.
