Sometimes it happens that at a certain moment people appear with whom you do not really want to communicate, and they, not understanding this, insist on their communication, constantly calling you from morning to evening. Changing the phone number is impractical, so you can try to simplify your life by adding the number of the unwanted interlocutor to the so-called "black list".
Instructions
Step 1
If you decide to save yourself from contacts with any of the subscribers of the cellular network, ask your operator if it provides such services. If yes, then subscribe to this service and add the unnecessary number to the "black list". This option is included in the phone program, just find the appropriate section in the settings, enter the unwanted number and activate.
Step 2
Some operators provide two modes: black and white lists. If your operator also supports both modes by connecting them, try not to get confused which of them is active at one time or another.
Step 3
Banned numbers will be received by the phone as undecided. Subsequently, you will be able to choose for yourself what the caller will hear: the phrase that the subscriber is not available, short beeps or redirection to voicemail.
Step 4
If the operator cannot help you, carefully read the instructions on your phone. Almost all modern phone models have the ability to create a "black list" on their own. Depending on the model, the actions performed by the phone with the numbers from this list differ. The phone can simply mute the sound when calling from an unwanted number, or it can simply block an incoming call and even an SMS.
Step 5
Find the "Phonebook" tab or similar in the menu (depending on the phone model, the tab may have different names), select the number you want to add to the "black list" and select the edit function.
Step 6
After you get to the menu, where one of the actions with the number will be asked to add it to the filter or "black list", confirm your decision. In most cases, short beeps will be heard from the unwanted number in the handset.
