If you have problems with your mobile phone, for example, the java machine stopped working or you forgot any codes for it, then you may need to rewrite it, i.e. updating its software filling. Many different programs can be used to flash Samsung phones, one of them is the SGH Flasher / Dumper program.
Instructions
Step 1
First of all, you need to Dump the phone, i.e. save all the contents of the phone to an external medium, in case of an unsuccessful firmware, the phone can be returned to its original state.
1. Start the SGH Flasher / Dumper program. Select the "virtual" COM port. Turn off the phone and connect it via the USB port to the computer, the program buttons will appear.
2. In the "NOR Dumping" column, click the "Dump full flash (16mb) to bin …" button and specify the location to save the Dump, in 20-25 minutes the process will be over.
3. Press the "Disconnect" button and disconnect the phone.
Step 2
Download the firmware from the Internet, usually it consists of three files with the extensions ".bin", ".tfs" and ".cfg".
Run SGH Flasher / Dumper and connect your phone. In the "NOR Flashing:" column, press the "Flash BIN file" button and specify the ".bin" firmware file, the process of copying the file takes about 15-20 minutes. Press the "Disconnect" button, disconnect the phone from the computer and turn it on.
Step 3
Turn off the phone again and connect it to the computer, in the "Flash full TFS" column select the ".tfs" file of the firmware and wait for it to be copied. Press the "Disconnect" button, disconnect the phone from the computer and turn it on. This completes the flashing of the phone.
