Many of us, and quite often, are faced with an unpleasant situation when an unknown subscriber calls us on a cell phone and, at best, is silent, and there are worse options - we can inadvertently hear from an anonymous "well-wisher" both insults and swearing, and threats. Moreover, calls can be heard at any, sometimes the most inconvenient time of the day. In principle, there is nothing to be surprised at: we have seen a lot of "stationary" telephone hooligans in our lifetime. But how to protect yourself from a waste of health and nerves?

You can, of course, just not pick up the phone, if the caller's number is not entered in the phone book. You can save yourself from a particularly annoying subscriber by changing your phone number. But, it is clear that such methods create a number of inconveniences.

Most large mobile operators, with a greater or lesser degree of enthusiasm, offer their subscribers the Black List or Black and White List services, which allow them to block the numbers of unwanted subscribers. The "Blacklist" function blocks those numbers that you deem unwanted. The "White List" function, on the other hand, leaves only the numbers you specify available, the rest are subject to blocking.

Alternatively, you can purchase a phone that has a built-in Blacklist feature. Then you will not be harassed by calls from either a telephone bully or an intrusive caller. Practice shows that it is still better to rely on telephones than on the services of cellular operators. At least when buying a new mobile, you should ask the seller if this function is available, especially since many modern models are equipped with it.
Step 4
There is another way to protect yourself from annoying calls, it is actively used by advanced youth. It downloads various programs from the Internet that protect subscribers from various mobile spam. For example, you can install programs like CallFilter or BlackListCaller on your mobile phone, which, after entering an unwanted number into them, will automatically drop calls.
